Here you will find suggestions and information to discover the territory of the Cinque Terre National Park.
Trekking
The Cinque Terre National Park is crossed by over 50 km of paths, for all hikers, from the most experienced to the "improvised" ones.
The main one is the Blue Trail, 10 km, the path that with its uphills and downhills, staircases and breathtaking panorama connects the villages from Monterosso to Riomaggiore, through Vernazza, Corniglia, and Manarola.
Our Guests can access the Blue Path directly from the property, leaving our garden.

The first section of the blue trail connects Monterosso and Vernazza.
It is a good idea to start early in the morning, especially during the summer season, after having breakfast on our panoramic terrace, to avoid the hottest hours of the day.
However, remember water, sunscreen and your camera!
Our Reception is at your disposal 24/24 to suggest other routes less known to the public, but equally (or even more) spectacular and suggestive compared to the more popular ones.

"Between sky and sea: the convent of Monterosso"
With Saint Francis of Assisi, discover a journey through the history, beauty, and traditions of the Cinque Terre.
This two-hour visit will allow you to explore the convent’s rooms, preserved intact through the centuries, learn about the life of the Capuchin friars, and even meet one. A journey through history and beauty that will bring you closer to contemplation, silence, and the deep spirituality of the Franciscans and their rule of "ora et labora" (pray and work).

Day of visit: Every Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Minimum 2 – Maximum 10 participants
Price: €50 per person, including a convent snack featuring focaccia and Cinque Terre wine.
